As a corporate Invisor has identified that there is a huge skill
gap between what gets taught to aspiring students in schools and
colleges and what the recruiters expectations are in the real
job environment. To bridge this gap students must have hands-on
experience on live projects, which we are providing through
Invisor First Career Program.
We have designed as an offline program for a duration of 3 months, and even after completing the training our parent company Invisor Consulting Services may hire some of the candidates as paid interns for the projects.
Job seekers with qualifications in finance and accounting, such as B Com or BBA graduates, M Com or MBA Finance degree holders, students who are partially or fully qualified in professional certifications in finance and accounting, such as ACCA, CPA, EA, CMA, or anyone with equivalent qualifications who wants to improve their skills can join the programme.
Our placement team will work with the candidates during the last few weeks of the program, helping them to build a portfolio, resume, online profiles and run them through multiple mock interviews. You will be given preparatory information for any opportunity or company coming in for hiring as well. Additional one-on-one guidance is provided during the placement process, as deemed necessary by the team.
